Refund policy

Please read carefully: Due to the hygiene nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective products only.

  • To be eligible, the item must be in its original, resellable condition:

    • Unwashed, unworn, unaltered

    • Not combed, brushed, cut, or colored

    • Original ties must remain intact as received

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.

Important Details & Fees

  • Restocking Fee: All returns and "return-to-shipper" shipments are subject to a flat fee of $35.

  • Store Credit: Approved returns will be issued as store credit.

  • Timeline: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Requests made after this period will be disqualified.

  • Lost Shipments: HOC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Processing begins immediately after an order is submitted. Therefore, we cannot accommodate any modifications, cancellations, or changes to an order (including address, product, or shipping method) once it has been placed.


A few notes on the changes I made:

  • "The Bad News First": I moved the statement "All sales are FINAL" to the very top. This sets clear expectations immediately, which can reduce customer frustration later.

  • Clearer Language: I replaced terms like "due to the hygiene nature" with the more standard phrasing, "Due to the hygiene nature of our products."

  • Logical Grouping: I grouped all the rules about returns under one section and all the information about orders/cancellations under another.
